Chemist
The Chemist is at the helm of our manufacturing team. Skilled in chemical mixing and substances, the chemist develops batches of our products using appropriate ratios and chemical combinations in a safe, clean, and efficient environment. Daily responsibilities include quality control, mixing chemicals, properly storing chemicals, inventory, assisting the factory manager, working closely with production and updating all safety data sheets to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
Finance Administrator
The Finance Administrator is in charge of running the accounting department for Life Industries which also includes BoatLIFE, RVbyLIFE, and AeroLIFE Industries brands. Candidate should be driven to succeed, organized, punctual, detailed, and able to manage various tasks at the same time. Daily responsibilities include bookkeeping (accounts payable, accounts receivable, bill paying, invoicing, etc.), vendor relations, record keeping, and human resources functions.
Administrative Assistant
Candidate should be self-motivated, upbeat, and personable with a desire to take on more responsibility within the organization. Daily responsibilities include answering phones, receiving and distributing mail and packages, assisting the owner, marketing director and operations manager with various tasks, and keeping the office neat and presentable for meetings and guests. Administrative Assistant will also provide assistance for any office parties and on-site events.
